ORDERING INFORMATION
Phone orders can be placed Monday -Friday, 8a.m. to 5p.m. CST. Please leave messages slowly and clearly if necessary. We will promptly answer any questions that you might have concerning our products. For email orders contact dianeo@kdsi.net or go to our shopping cart.
PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Personal Checks and Money Orders. Please do not send cash. Please make checks payable to : Healing Arts Aromatherapy Oils. There will be a $25.00 service fee on all returned checks.
BACK ORDER ITEMS
Most orders are shipped within 72 hours of receipt. If an item is not in stock, we will automatically back order it unless requested not to do so.
PACKAGING
We do our best to recycle packing and shipping materials for the benefit of the environment.
RETURNS
We only accept returns if there was an error on our part or if the merchandise is damaged. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. Report any damages immediately. Save the damaged packages (along with the shipping materials)as is for inspection by a shipping agent.
